Incredible-- the dream imagery is positively breathtaking. At first it was just bits of little glowing particles slowly pouring in as the machine clicked and updated. It was like a cloud of little golden gnats, swarming and forming and reaching out for each other. And slowly, with each click of the machine the image updated, taking shape, changing and solidifying. The machine hummed like a fluorescent light, almost mocking our suspense.

And then we saw it: a face, a building, some ground, some sky.

I'm half ashamed to say I almost let my jaw drop in front of my coworkers. Never in my life could I have imagined capturing conscious thought. Taking and shaping it and projecting it for all to see.

Corrigan has done it. I don’t know how, but he’s done it.
